This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we deliver our services and how returns or cancellations are handled.

Because we provide digital services, no physical shipping is involved. However, this policy covers how digital products, project files, and services are delivered to clients.

1. Digital Delivery (No Physical Shipping)

Valora Web does not ship physical goods.
All products and services are delivered digitally through one or more of the following:

  • Email delivery

  • Downloadable files

  • Website access credentials

  • Cloud-based file sharing (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

  • Direct delivery inside WordPress or your live website

Delivery times depend on the specific service ordered.

2. Delivery Timeframes

For Digital Products

(e.g., templates, files, uploads, documentation)

Digital products are usually delivered:

  • Immediately, OR

  • Within 24–48 hours, depending on processing time

For Web Design & Development Services

Delivery timelines vary based on:

  • Project size

  • Required revisions

  • Client response time

Your timeline will be clearly communicated before work begins.

3. Order Confirmation

After purchasing or requesting a service:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • You will be notified when files or project items are ready

  • Some items may require manual review before delivery

If you do not receive your confirmation or delivery email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

Since our services are digital and involve professional labor, we follow a strict return policy to protect both our time and your project quality.

4.1 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Completed digital services

  • Work already started or delivered

  • Time spent on consultation, research, setup, or customization

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed

  • Custom web development or design services

4.2 Eligible Refunds

Refunds may only be offered if:

  • No work has been started

  • A duplicate payment was made

  • A major technical issue caused by us cannot be fixed

All refund requests must be sent via email within 7 days of purchase.

5. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation for a project before work has started.

Once work has begun:

  • Cancellations are no longer eligible for refunds

  • You may still stop the project, but completed work must be paid for

6. Revisions & Edits

Most projects include a set number of revisions, which will be defined in your proposal or quote.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra fees.

7. Incorrect or Missing Deliveries

If you received the wrong digital file or did not receive your delivery at all:

  • Contact us immediately

  • We will correct the issue at no additional cost

  • Most delivery errors are resolved within 24 hours
